Please note, we do not take responsibility for any tax and duty charges your country may apply or prohibited/restricted items (if there are such) in your country that can be confiscated. Its is under buyers responsibility and discretion to check upon that before the order is placed.



Products are usually despatched within 48 hours except UK weekends/public/bank holidays. We will advise you if a product is to be delayed for any reasons.

Orders are being processed Monday-Friday except UK public/bank holidays.

Orders placed after 9 am on Fridays may not be posted out till the following Monday. If there are any UK public/bank holidays, orders will be despatched the next business day.

Due to UK mail restrictions only up to 4 flammable items are allowed to be shipped in one parcel within UK territory.

You can still order more. To do this just please place a separate order containing maximum of 4 flammable items not exceeding 30ml. For example: to buy 7 nail varnishes/polishes or any other similar flammable items you would place a first order containing 4 items and a second separate order containing 3 items.

All flammable items are PROHIBITED in the International mail and can not be shipped outside UK.


Due to EU hygiene regulations and our products being cosmetics we can not refund, replace or exchange any unwanted items (if you changed your mind or made a mistake). For that reason we strongly recommend to check the products you have chosen carefully before placing an order.


We are happy to offer an exchange on any damaged goods for UK orders.

Depending on the nature of the issue you may be liable to pay for the goods to be returned. 

For international orders we can only offer a refund on damaged goods, no replacement options are possible.


We would leave a 7 calendar days wait time from delivery date for you to let us know about any issues with your order.

After this period of time we will not be able to proceed with any order issues.


In the case of a faulty/damaged item please notify us within 7 days of the time when you received it by filling up the CONTACT FORM including: your name, surname, email address, phone number, postal address, order date, order number, order details


In case of the damaged item, please leave it in the original packaging/unopened as it will have to be returned back to us for a refund or replacement.  You may be asked to provide a physical evidence - image of the damaged items.

Returning the parcel is the responsibility of the customer and therefore we strongly recommend getting recorded delivery in the event that the parcel may become lost in transit. The cost of the returned parcel is down to the customer.


Delivery charges are only refundable if the item is faulty/damaged.


To return an item, please fill up the CONTACT mailing form. We aim to get back to you within 48 hours.


 We would leave a 7 calendar days wait time for your return to be processed. 


For Paypal refunds it may take 3-5 working days for the money to appear back in your bank and for card we would recommend to leave up to 7 working days for the funds to be cleared in your bank. 


No exchanges of gifted products are allowed.   


In case of undelivered parcel it is customers responsibility to arrange a redelivery with the local courier branch or pick the parcel during specified period of time. Royal Mail hold items for 18 days if they are UK items.If they’re not redelivered or collected in that time, they will return it to us. For international orders, please, check with your provider for time scales.


If your undelivered parcel has gone through the return process, please, allow up to 45 days until it gets back to us. After the parcel has been returned to us we will confirm it with you and  can arrange a refund on the order minus the shipping charge and administration fee of £5.00. 


If you wanted the products after they have been returned to us, you will have to reorder through the site as normal.



All UK orders are posted first class and require signature upon receipt. 


It is recipient's responsibility to provide correct and safe address for the parcel to be delivered. For safety reasons we strongly recommend to provide residential rather than business (work) address to receive and sign for the parcel personally. We can not take responsibility in case the parcel has been delivered, signature has been obtained (proof/confirmation available online) but recipient can not recognise the receiver.


International orders are posted using tracked and/or signed services depending on the destination.


If you have given the wrong address, please email us as soon as possible and we can change the address provided it has not been dispatched yet. Alternatively, you can log into your account and change your address there. If the parcel has been dispatched, we can discuss a change of address with the courier. Although, this is not always possible. You would not be refunded for your order if you don’t receive it due to you providing an incorrect address.

An item is classified as lost by Royal Mail when it is missing for (from the expected delivery date):

10 working days in the UK

20 working days in Europe

25 working days the rest of the world.

Please, allow for these timescales to pass so that we can investigate it further.

During busy periods there may be delays but we will keep you informed.




We accept all major credit and debit cards through secure service or direct payments from your PayPal account. No financial details are passed to us or stored on the server.
